A Note from the Conductor: I am so excited to be returning to Kauaʻi and work with the fantastic musicians of the Kauaʻi Concert Sinfonia. Kauaʻi is such a special place with a wonderful community, and I always look forward to sharing the love of music with our enthusiastically supportive audience. With great anticipation, we look forward to presenting another great masterpiece for Kauaʻi with Dvořák’s powerful Symphony, From the New World, on Saturday, September 5th, 2026.  – Maestro Tito Muñoz

The Kauaʻi Concert Sinfonia debuted on September 7th, 2024 opening the Kauaʻi Concert Association’s 50th Anniversary with The Planets by Gustav Holst (arr. by George Morton for Chamber Orchestra) with internationally acclaimed conductor Tito Muñoz. 

The Kauaʻi Concert Sinfonia is Kauaʻi’s first and only premiere orchestra, comprised of professional musicians from Kauaʻi, Maui, Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi Island, and the mainland. Maestro Muñoz returns to conduct Dvořák Symphony No. 9 From the New World on Saturday, September 5th, 2026 at 7pm at the KCC Performing Arts Center. In the days preceding the concert, Maestro Muñoz (on violin!) and select Sinfonia musicians are scheduled to perform for Kalaheo School, Kapaʻa Middle School, and Alakaʻi Oʻ Charter School.
